The reservation system for winter 2025/2026 will open Dec 1, 2025 and requests sent in earlier will not be answered/entered in the system.

As of Dec 1, 2025 call 250-578-7878 or fill out the request form below (this is not a reservation) and we will aim to send a confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours by email. Please check your spam/junk mail. The confirmation email will have the time confirmed, which might be different from the one requested.

For same day reservations, please call 250-578-7878 or come by at the front desk at Sun Peaks Lodge. Emails may not get answered.

We seat a max. of 8 guests (incl. children) per table and have only a limited number of large tables available. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
